Temp Bil E/J Sales Support   (43458FH)

Key Responsibility Areas:
- The primary responsibilities of this position are mainly invoicing, customer & vender support
- Enter daily transactions (Purchasing, Receiving and Invoicing) in the system;
- General customer service such as processing, revising, and adjusting orders as needed, taking care of complaints and solving problems as necessary, and replying to inquiries, etc;
- Communicate with customers as needed;
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelors degree preferred;
- 2-3 years working experience preferably in the food industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Bi-lingual with English as the primary language with Japanese
