Bilingual En/Jp Customer Service  (70598TH)

- Ability to speak, read and write Japanese at a fluent level, and English business level is preferred.
- Be able to know the Japanese culture, and business practices
- Proficient in PC, MS Excel and Word
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Great organizational and time management skill
- Must have good common sense, fast learner and detail oriented
- Available for overtime and business trip.
- Customer service position is on shift schedule. Need to be able to work on weekend as well. (Employee will have weekday off schedule)
Previous hotel or travel-related experience desired.
Weekend working allowance

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone calls from tour escort, suppliers and guide.
- Solves Customer issues and complaints and prepares summary report to superiors
- Preparers itinerary, voucher and tickets for group.
- Assign the tour guide for groups.
- Arrange group tours, sends requests to local operators, suppliers, and vendors, and issues and sends voucher to local suppliers.
- Assists group onsite operations when necessary.
- Prepares any additional invoice for the groups.
- Controls and improves guides services
- Any other job assigned by supervisor /management.
