Business Development Rep  (43333FH)

Primary responsibilities:
・ Present and sell cloud-based software to potential clients
・ Achieve assigned sales objectives / targets
・ Identify and resolve clients' concerns
・ Define sales strategies and enhance necessary sales materials (proposal documents, presentation materials, contracts, etc.)
・ Follow up on new leads and referrals
・ Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
・ Prepare act ion plans and find necessary contacts both within and outside of leads
・ Report to sales managers both in the US and in Japan (in English)
・ Communicate with engineers and consultants about market requirements and new opportunities
・ Involve company executives and staff from other departments to close sales

Minimum Requirements
・ 3-10 years of professional business experience
・ Experience as a professional in B to B business
・ Proven ability to manage own act ions and schedules
・ Ability to aggressively open doors into the market, including making cold calls
・ Ability to understand customer needs
・ Strong problem solving (logical thinking and analytical) skills
・ Ability to develop and sustain strategic relationship / partnership with clients
・ Ability to make domestic business trips (including trips to East Coast)

Preferred Requirement
・ Experience with either ERP software / enterprise applications either at vendors or business
process consulting firms.
・ Experience using ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday in HR, accounting, supply
chain management or e-commerce domains

・ Bachelor degree or higher (any majors)
・ Ability to communicate in English (Japanese not required)
