Customer Service Supervisor   (43323ND)

Manages staff in Customer Service Department to ensure that each staff provides high quality care to xxxx customers. Holds responsibility to investigate, resolve & expedite complex issues regarding orders, consignment and pricing agreements, complaints, and product inquiries.
This position acts as a liaison for dealers, customers, including hospitals and physicians’ offices, and independently performs a wide variety of tasks to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Receives and processes transactions by phone, fax and email.
The Customer Service Supervisor also supervises Sample Department and manages entire demo/sample assets transaction of preparation to ship, of receiving back to our hand, and of maintaining accurate records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - The qualifications below are the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to do this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Ability to use computer applications related to work, including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM software, i.e., Customer relational management software.
2. Knowledge and experience with ERP software.
3. Excellent grammar, communications skills and a pleasant telephone speaking voice in dealing with customers and the general public.
4. Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
5. Technical aptitude and/or work experience in a technical field.
6. Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus.
